I joined SymPro in February 2022, so almost 17 months.
Can you give us an overview of what your job entails?
As an Implementation Consultant, my primary responsibilities revolve around product implementation, support, and training. I work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and then I guide them through successfully implementing our product. Additionally, I provide ongoing support and training to ensure that our clients make the most of our software and that it aligns with their organizational goals.
That sounds crucial in helping clients optimize their use of SymPro’s product. How will your unique perspective or background benefit our clients at SymPro?
My perspective as a treasury professional and a former client of SymPro brings a valuable combination of expertise. Having used the product in my previous role, I understand our clients’ challenges and complexities firsthand. This experience allows me to provide practical insights and guidance based on real-world scenarios. Additionally, my understanding of governmental accounting and treasury requirements enables me to offer tailored solutions that align with industry best practices. Ultimately, my goal is to help our clients maximize the potential of our product, enhance their operational efficiency, and achieve their desired outcomes.

Shifting gears a bit, tell us a little about your family.
My family is growing! My wife and I are expecting our first child (a boy) this summer. I must admit, I’m feeling a mixture of both excitement and nerves as we approach his arrival, but I’m very much looking forward to being a father. I should be a natural with the dad jokes.
That’s wonderful news! Now, let’s talk about something a little more lighthearted. Do you have any programs that you are currently binge-watching?
There are so many shows to watch; it’s overwhelming. I’m currently watching the latest season of Yellowstone. If I had to pick a favorite show that I could watch on repeat, I’d say The Office.
What would you eat if you had to eat only one meal every day for the rest of your life?
Pizza. I already eat it once a week, so why not fill in the other 6 days?
