Yes, I focus on assisting clients in connecting to our application while also addressing any troubleshooting needs they may have. Additionally, I’m responsible for configuring, managing, and securing the hosted environment.

One of my most effective productivity hacks is to take quick 5 to 10-minute breaks throughout the day. Sitting in front of a computer for long stretches can be draining, and when I find myself stuck on a problem, stepping outside for a quick walk often helps me regain focus and clarity when I return to work.
What do you enjoy most about being part of a team and collaborating with others?
I’ve always believed that teams are important. When I was growing up, I loved playing any sport, and I loved being part of a team. That hasn’t changed. Working with a group of individuals focused on a common objective and learning from each other is immensely rewarding.
Could you share a bit about your family?
Yes, my wife and I have been married for 5 ½ years. We both grew up in North Carolina and moved back about two years ago. We have two sons. One is 2 ½, and the other is five months.
Do you have any programs that you are currently binge-watching?
I’ve got two boys under the age of 3, so we are currently hooked on Paw Patrol and Blaze and the Monster Machines.
